Kids Connexion
At Campbell Creek, we love Kids! We offer a great learning experience for them during the contemporary service. We plan to have a weekday kids club, musical dramas and continued summer day camps for kids.
At Kids Connexion, we use an exciting, interactive curriculum called 252 Basics. It is based on Luke 2:52, that says, "and Jesus grew in wisdom, and stature and favor with God and man. We emphasize 3 Foundational truths to the children:
*I need to make the wise choice
*I can trust God no matter what
*I should treat others the way I want to be treated
252 Basics is from "Think Orange", part of the reThink Group. Orange says:
What if...
What if the primary mission of the church is not to help the family, and the number one priority of the family is not to go to church?
What if they are both designed to work together to show a generation who God is?
It's not Either/Or. It's Both/ And
Two combined influences can make a greater impact than just two influences. We believe that the Church (the light/lampstand, represented by the color yellow), combined with the Home (the heart/love, represented by the color red) create Orange.
